Inspired by the olive oil culture, Restaurante do Azeite is the first restaurant using olive oil as an ingredient from in all dishes produced.

Presenting genuine local food accompanied by an excellent selection of cocktails, tapas and wine, Restaurante do Azeite at Hotel da Baixa becomes the perfect place just to enjoy and experience authentic portuguese food.

All over the menu you easly find tradional portguese dishes such as Salted codfish fillet roasted in the oven (Lombo de Bacalhau Assado no forno), or a just a simple dessert like Sliced orange with a drizzle of olive oil and cinnamon (Laranja às rodelas com fio de azeite)

The vaulted room with pombaline arches is complete with a private dining room and outdoor seating with capacity for 36 people.

Breakfast schedule 7am to 11am | Lunch schedule starts at 12pm | Dinner schedule ends at 10.30pm
