 What are the cancellation policies? 

There are two types of cancellation categories: flexible and non-refundable. To find out which terms apply to your selected rate, check the "rate conditions" or the notes provided in the promotion.

  

Can I cancel a non-refundable reservation?

Non-refundable reservations can be cancelled at any time. However, bear in mind that a refund of the amount charged won’t be possible. We offer flexible rates with cancellations 48h prior to arrival date for reservations made through our website. Please check the conditions in our booking engine. If you already booked, please check the confirmation email.

  

Can I change my non-refundable reservation?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change a non-refundable reservation.

 

Are all taxes included in the room rate?

VAT is included in the room rate. The city tax is not included and must be paid upon check-in. City tax is 2€ per person, per night, up to a maximum of 14€ per person and per stay for guests above 13 years old.

  

Do you offer rooms for guests with reduced mobility?

One room for guests with reduced mobility is available upon request and subject to availability. Our room for guests with reduced mobility is located on the 1st floor with easy access from the elevator. The room type is a Classic Interior View with approximately 20sqm and plenty of space with all the conditions needed.

 

Is there parking available at the hotel?

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 40 per day. We do offer valet parking which means you just need to stop the car in front of the hotel and someone from our Staff will help unload the luggage and will park your car. The Valet Parking Service is free and is available from 7:30 am till 11 pm.

  

Is the reception opened 24 hours?

The reception is open 24 hours a day in order to assist our guests any time they need.

 

Can I bring a pet to the hotel?

Pets are not allowed.

 

Does the hotel have Wi-Fi?

The Broad-band Wi-Fi is available in all hotel premises and is free of charge. 

 

Does the hotel have shuttles or transfers?

Airport shuttle fee: EUR 35 per vehicle (one-way) up to 4 people and 4 hand luggage.

 

What should I do if I forget anything inside the room?

After checking-out, the housekeeping team will inspect and clean the room. If any personal belongings are found, they will be stored in the “Lost & Found” area. Our guests should contact the hotel in order to arrange all the delivery details and shipping costs accordingly.

  

Is Room-Service available?

Room Service is available from 7 am till 11 pm and it has a cost of 15 € (plus items ordered).

 

What forms of payment are accepted?

Our goal is to make every detail simple and efficient to all our guests. We accept various methods of payment known, including cash, wire transfer, credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Diners Club).

  

How does the mobile phone provided in the room work?

The hotel provides a complimentary smart phone to guests during their stay. This device includes 30 minutes of local or international calls, so guests can be in contact with their family and friends.  It also includes a reasonable daily limit of internet to use outside the hotel –a popup notification will show up when the limit is about to be reached.

 

  

Can I check-out after 12 noon?

Check-out is until 12:00 hours. If you need, we can store your luggage.

 

Can I check-in before 4pm?

Check-in starts at 4 pm, however, if the room is ready earlier, we are pleased to check you in, otherwise, we can store your luggage until the room is ready.

 

What are the breakfast times?

The breakfast, if not included in your room rate, is available for a surcharge and is served each morning between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

Fee for buffet breakfast (if not included in your room rate): EUR 20 for adults and EUR 10 for children

 

 

Can I have an extra bed in my room?

Extra beds available upon request. The maximum number of extra beds and cots allowed is dependent on the room you choose. Please check your selected room for the maximum capacity.

 

My room is noisy, and I can’t sleep. Can you assign me a different room?

We are located right in the city center, however, we worked hard trying to soundproof all the room and we believe that you will not be disturbed with any inside or outside noise. Nevertheless, if you feel any difficulty to sleep, we will be pleased to offer you a solution.
